I solve big problems. I lead businesses that obsess over growing products and teams that challenge the status quo and push the envelope for users! I’ve done this for some of the world’s most vibrant and innovative companies like Activision Blizzard, SBS and Foxtel.
I have lived and worked in ANZ, Asia (APAC), and Europe (EMEA) with solid expertise in market development encompassing localization and culturalization matters. Today, I'm working with AI (Artificial Intelligence) startups and entrepreneurs.

Built 3x teams, consisting of functional heads, product managers, engineers, and insights.
Coached and mentored startups, successfully raising +$500,000 in pre-seed funding.

I have built and led global teams from the ground up and coached people on working with C-suite executives, engineering, and GTM leads. I strive to coach my teams on incorporating leading innovation, insights, & project management methodologies with a service-led mindset. I make it a priority to build cultures that are open, optimistic, and supportive. ☺

Culture
I started in investment banking, then moved into internal corporate strategy, and now general management. I have worked in television, cable, digital media, video games, and SaaS. I adopt a growth mindset, applying myself with two postgraduate qualifications including an M.Com (Finance) and an MBA (Executive) with Distinction. I continue to build skills in areas such as Agile, Product Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Design Thinking.

Regardless of our MO, I’m committed to making the world a better place, whether that be how we work or what we do. I come from generations of migrants; today, with spare time, I assist migrants to settle and find employment!
